Paul Jackson

Born and raised in Auckland, Paul completed conjoint commerce and science degrees at The University of Auckland, majoring in operations and supply chain management.

Paul has spent his career in logistics, and has always been passionate about Kiwi businesses, while carrying the same passion for New Zealand as a whole – punching above its weight globally. Exposure to global events has given Paul significant experience with chokepoints having far-reaching consequences, and has developed his ability to strategically forecast and achieve optimal commercial outcomes.

After finding current and previous governments so uninspiring, Paul was prompted to consider what all New Zealanders want to see from their leaders, and what his responsibility was in making that a reality. This drew Paul to Opportunity’s focus on being a unifying force and emphasis on evidence-based policy.

In his spare time, you can find Paul running, riding, reading, and spending quality time with his young family.
