“I’m a big believer in Opportunity, as I’m convinced that together we can be a political catalyst and steady voice of reason in Aotearoa. Let’s have sound policy based on evidence and community voice, and our country and people can be much better off.”
Eden works in environmental restoration and indigenous development.
Born and raised in Banks Peninsula, Eden resides in Christchurch Central following his OE to London.
Having experience working as a civil servant in central government and for community organisations, he’s spent his career serving people.
Eden works at the University of Canterbury as a Research Assistant on alternative economic futures.
He's an active member of his marae and can be found out on Banks Peninsula in the weekends, diving, hunting or camping.
Given the recent mood changes in the economy, he feels Christchurch City and Canterbury is the place to be in Aotearoa.
